Never think about liners yourself again.
Liners are the most wear-prone component of your milking installation — and also the most forgotten. Liners used too long cost you milk quality and animal health.
The Care4Cows Liner Exchange Service handles all planning, delivery and replacement for you. You sign up once — we take care of the rest.
What we handle for you
- Choosing the right liner type for your installation
- Annual change schedule based on your herd size
- Timely delivery — before the change date
- Replacement on site (optional)
- Record of change history
- Advice on wear or deviations
Why does changing on time matter so much?
A worn liner is less elastic than a new one, pulls less evenly and seals less well. The result: higher mastitis risk, higher cell count, lower milk yield.

Frequently asked questions
How often are liners replaced?
The standard recommendation is every 2,500 milkings per liner, or at least once per quarter. In practice we set the interval based on your herd size and milking frequency.
Which liner brands do you use?
We are the exclusive Milkrite distributor in the Netherlands. Milkrite liners are available for nearly all milking systems. Talk to us about your specific system.
What does the Liner Exchange Service cost?
The price depends on your farm size and the desired service level. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I combine the service with a maintenance contract?
Yes. Many customers combine Liner Exchange with a regular maintenance contract via C4C MilkTec. That gives the most peace of mind and continuity.
