Technical advantage

Why an air motor?

Electric handunits for teat cleaning have one fundamental problem: the motor wears, the battery ages, and moisture and barn conditions attack the electronics. After eighteen months to two years, replacement is usually needed.

The TeatScrubber uses an air motor. No electronics, no battery, no charging cable. Compressed air drives the motor — the same infrastructure already present in nearly every parlour.

The result: a considerably longer life, fewer breakdowns and a lower total cost of ownership over the period of use. That is not a claim — it is what users report.

Experience in practice

Tested on our own farm

The TeatScrubber was not designed in a lab and then sold. We used it, improved it and only offered it once it had proven itself — on our own farm and with the first customers.

Daily use in the parlour, twice a day: that is how you find out what works and what does not. The air motor and brush configuration are matched to everyday practice in Dutch and German parlours.

“The TeatScrubber runs day in, day out without issues. Less manual work, better hygiene and our cell count has measurably dropped. The air motor barely needs maintenance.”
