TeatScrubber Robot
Automatic teat cleaning for modern parlours. Less manual work, consistent hygiene, a measurable effect on cell count and milk quality.
What does the robot deliver?
01
Less manual work
The robot fully takes over teat cleaning. Your staff no longer need to treat each cow by hand.
02
Consistent hygiene
Every teat, every milking, the same cleaning. No variation from personal execution — always the same quality.
03
Measurably lower cell count
Users report a demonstrable drop in average cell count within eight to twelve weeks of installation.
04
Integrates into milking
The system works with your existing milking installation — no major rebuild needed.
05
Traceability
Records per cow per milking. Insight into treatment frequency, water use and any deviations.
06
Suitable for any herd size
From 200 to 1,000+ cows — the TeatScrubber Robot scales with your farm.
How does the TeatScrubber Robot work?
01
Cow identification
The system automatically recognises each cow via existing identification technology (transponder or camera).
02
Positioning
The robot arm moves to the correct position based on the animal’s position in the milking station.
03
Teat cleaning
Three rotating brushes thoroughly clean each teat with water or cleaning agent, before the cluster is attached.
04
Logging & reporting
Every treatment is recorded. Deviations — such as a cow that is not reached correctly — are reported immediately.
What does automation deliver financially?
The payback time of the TeatScrubber Robot depends on herd size, the current cell count and labour costs. In many cases the robot has paid for itself within two to three years.
We are happy to run a calculation based on your farm data. It takes a one-hour conversation — and gives you a clear picture of the expected return on investment.
